Shipping policy

  • We ship all our products through reliable, reputed shipping companies. You will be provided with tracking details as soon as the order is paid for.
  • Before accepting any delivery, we urge you to thoroughly inspect the package for any sings of damage or tampering. If any such discrepancies are seen, please inform the delivery personnel immediately.
  • In case the recipient is not available during the first attempt, our designated courier service will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. After this, additional handling and re-shipping charges may apply.
  • At the time of purchase, please provide accurate, complete details identical to the order confirmation form. The delivery will be handed over only to the recipient mentioned in the order on displaying any valid government identification.
  • The company will not be liable for any issues arising out of inaccurate shipping information.
  • Changes in delivery address can be made only before shipping. Do get in touch with our Customer Support Team for any modifications.
  • For repairs after delivery, please create a shipping label and address the package to 3 Soul Jewellery LLP, 235, 2nd floor, Pancharatna Building, M.P. Marg, Opera House, Charni Road, Mumbai – 400004.
